Forest School for Schools

At Forever Green Forest School we pride ourselves on delivering high quality Forest School sessions that are tailored to the students’ needs and follow their interests.

As well as being trained as Forest School practitioners, we have worked in the public education system as teachers and understand the challenges that are faced by schools to meet all of the social and emotional needs of the students in their care.

We continue to develop and refine our practice and are additionally trained in non-violent communication (NVC), Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and Intensive Wellbeing Support in the Outdoors.

  • Weekly Forest School sessions, as recommended by the Forest School Association, are the most effective way of supporting students to develop their social, emotional and wellbeing skills. Through a range of games, experiences and activities we build on student’s confidence, self regulation, problem solving and teamwork, whilst developing a love and connection with the world around them.

Sessions are developed specifically to meet the needs of students from Nursery to Secondary School and can be used to support the curriculum covered in the classroom if desired. We can also be used as PPA cover.
